Upon entering the store, the most noticeable thing is the aged meat, and everything from raw meat to marinated meat is being aged. The representative menus are Suwon Jumbo Grilled Galbi and LA Galbi. The location is in a remote place a little further from the food alley, but it is a place where many people visit. Suwon  Jumbo Grilled Galbi can be ordered starting from 2 servings, and the rest of the menu can be ordered in units of 1 serving. For meals, Tojangjjigae is famous. Tojang is said to have been enjoyed by old noble families as it does not remove soy sauce from fermented soybean paste when making soybean paste, but it is recommended for those wanting to try a unique menu.

Hamheung Naengmyeon has served its namesake dish, Hamheung naengmyeon (Hamheung cold buckwheat noodles), since 1967. The second generation of the restaurant’s owners has kept the flavors the same throughout the ages. The restaurant’s signature menus include the hoenaengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles with raw fish), bibim naengmyeon (spicy buckwheat noodles), and mullaengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles). In particular, the hoenaengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles with raw fish) impresses with the topping of ganjaemi seoneo (sliced aged raw red stingray), as well as the broth served with naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles), made with vegetables and sauce.
